Its very common scenario to convert date into human-readable format. The Date.now() JavaScript method returns the number of milliseconds elapsed since January 1, 1970 00:00:00 UTC. The output might look some this similar to

If we pass above number in Date constructor and call toLocaleString(), it will return date and time in human readble format

Output

console.log(humanReadableDateTime); // "03/10/2020, 21:03:40"
